I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, equipped with convenient amenities like a microwave and fridge, although being next to a busy street affected the overall serenity. The bathrooms were decent, and I appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower, but there were some cleanliness issues. The free coffee in the office was a nice touch.

I couldn't have asked for a more convenient location to explore the eastern side of the Smokies. The room was basic, no frills but perfectly adequate, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and spacious enough for the two of us, making it a pleasant place to relax after a day of adventures.
